This app crashes every time I try to log in so I can’t make an appointment. It’s very frustrating. Yes, I have tried turning my phone off and then on again. Nothing works.

I went to the app to make an appointment. I received a notification saying updates had been made to allow users to adjust their appointments from the app...I thought “oh that’s great!” However, when I went to make an appointment, it told me no location in the area. The area is Houston and there’s several locations. I deleted the app and re-downloaded hoping this was fix the issue, but no luck. In addition, I also don’t like not seeing my progress on passes. In this technology age, I might be driven to go elsewhere.

I can no longer schedule appointments. Says they have no locations near me when they’re a several near me. Please fix

Used to work, now the new update does not work. Dot recognize any location (yes, I authorized the app to access my location)

From what I’ve experienced AND the reviews I’m seeing it’s obvious that they have done absolutely nothing to make the app more user friendly I just sent an email to customer services but from the looks of it I won’t get an answer because no one else on here has. They have ridiculous sign-up issues and the system is extremely faulty. Trying to register and make a reservation and nothing is working. And they say the “updated” it. Super frustrated.

Is the message I get whenever I try to schedule an appointment. I tried zip, city then state and kept getting the same error. This should be fixed ASAP if the app is the direction the company is going in.

Cant book a reservation because the app won’t let me search a location. So frustrating.

With every other update, something is done where I’m unable to make reservations. It seems to be solely on the app and not the website so I’m assuming it’s coding related. Why make an app if your customers are going to have to use the website or call instead?!?
