App does not work

I have the same issue accessing the magazine on this app as several others. Ready to cancel the whole subscription since I read on my iPad.

What’s wrong with this publication. Only 18 issues so far this year. I get more entertainment news free off the internet than your sporadic rag. When are you going to change the title to entertainment sometimes bi-monthly or less. You haven’t been weekly for years.

What happened to the videos and behind the scenes photos that used to be included?

Unable to access any issues since updating.

Account number is no longer recognized and I get a message to contact customer service which is impossible. No longer links my email and subscription so can’t log in that way either. Ready to dump the whole subscription Update - was contacted by someone from the app and they were able to fix the issue from their end.

I followed all of the instructions and cannot access any issues and caught in a loop of sign in/sign up. I haven’t used app in a while and I don’t know what changed but it used to work just fine. Useless.

Beyond Frustrated

Suddenly this week I can’t access the latest issue without paying for it. I have repeatedly logged in through the digital + subscription button and synced my library. Nothing works. Entertainment Weekly customer support was no help

I’m having the same issue as a lot of others folks since the update to the app a few weeks ago. The last issue I was able to successfully download was April 5, 2019. Tried to download the new Avengers Issue for April 19 and it keeps wanting me to purchase or start a free trial. I already have a print/ digital subscription that is good through April 2020 so I shouldn’t have to purchase anything. Check my account online an everything looks fine. Tried the suggestions listed here where I logged out and back in an that didn’t help. Also deleted the app entirely the reinstalled and logged in. Still the same issue where it wants me to pay. I was used to being intermittently logged out but not being able to get my new issues is extremely frustrating.

I Can’t Get My Digital Copy

So I see everyone has the same issue, not being able to get my digital copy. I keep trying the steps suggested and nothing. This is ridiculous. I also emailed the person regarding this issue and nothing. I can’t select anything less than one star for this app.

When I changed from android to Apple a year ago this app worked but was frustrating to get it to work. But now ever since you updated the app months ago I can not get it to work whatsoever, I can’t get it to log me in!!! All I want to do is to be able to access my issues at times when I’m traveling and can’t read my print issues that are at home! And reading the reviews I’m by far not the only one experiencing this frustrating problem! You need to fix this NOW!!!!!!
