Doesn’t recognize my email and never got that “account ID” so can’t sign in to read it. No help department on app. Screw this. Besides they only review basic USA shows nothing international unless it gets picked years later by lazy Netflix. Too basic. Canceling subscription.
More Problems - June 2021

Even though I am a long time paid subscriber, once again I can’t get in to my account and read the current issue on my IPad. Instead I get a notice to buy the issue. This happened twice before and I always have to complain to get it fixed. Very frustrating. Can someone please help me?

I’ve tried to download the issues through the app, but keep getting the error message “unexpected error. Pricing information not available” This has been going on twice, and I tried to email about the issue but with no success. So until this matter is fixed, I highly recommend to not download the app until the people that deal with the app get it fixed, and I do recommend anyone with the same issue do the same until they resolve the matter in a timely fashion

This app crashes constantly, often multiple times per page. And I was already annoyed with them for switching to a monthly format. I think I’m done.

Hardly worth using, content of magazine is good, but the app has turned into trash again.

I have been a subscriber to Entertainment Weekly for twenty years and have stayed loyal through the switch to digital and then monthly but this Application has done me in. It crashes constantly and I can’t get through the magazine. I am stopping my automatic renewal now.

I have subscribed to this magazine for years but lately the app has required me to pay for issues that I already have a subscription to. I still get the magazine in the mail but I wish that the app would allow me to read it on my phone
