Old app, needs improvement

Start with adding password manager integration. Even logging in is not up to par with the other banking apps. Please compare to People’s United app or even Bank of America App to see what you can improve with technology.
Touch ID fixed

The update never remembers my login info it uses facial recognition. Once inside the new app it is very cluttered and you don’t have that easy at a glance overview that you previously had. It is a functioning app but not as useful as it’s earlier version. It makes me think about getting rid of my card altogether. Please revert back to the older version that was much more user friendly and less of a time waster
Completely fixed by last update

Previously the app wouldn’t let me login with fingerprint ID or let me log out. But the last update made it the perfect app! Everything works beautifully and even allows direct access to the points you’ve earned on your card. Well done Elan
App completely inaccessible

App has been down for maintenance for a few days resulting in my ability to access my accounts. No other credit card apps are of this poor quality
Doesn’t Work Any Longer

After the refresh the app still worked but not as well as before. Really hard to see at a glance what is going on. Now it does not work at all. Don’t know if I should keep the card or move on??
