I also have had this app for years. The new version is horrible I’m thinking about deleting it.

App asks random security questions that I never selected from. Like who is my veterinarian? The answer is nothing cause I never used that question, cause it doesn’t apply to me. Also app logs your out, so you have to enter your user id and password every single time.

It’s 2020... Touch ID doesn’t work ever and the app hasn’t worked for days now... under maintenance? Still? User experience is poor enough to think about moving to a different card altogether.

This app is absolutely terrible! I am closing out my credit card account because the app is so bad. Touch ID no longer works and even when I choose the “remember me” option, I am always prompted to enter my user name with password. Even when I enter the correct credentials, it locks me out upon “one failed attempt”. When I go to make a payment, it asks me for the answer to my secret question. A secret question prompt for a payment? Do you really not want my payment? This app is a joke. It’s beyond frustrating and I’m done with it.

I hate this app so much I’ve transferred my balance to a different account and have no intention of using the card anymore. The old app and the new upgrade are both trash for me. The touchID option never worked. With the updated app, I now have to enter my U/N and password every time, regardless of the log in options I select. Also requires security answer before submitting payment. Why? Ease of access was not considered by whoever created this app. Judging the reviews here, they don’t care to improve, which is also sickening.
Username no longer valid?

After app update I can no longer login. My current username has invalid format and needs a symbol in it. In a password.... ok... but a username???
Update is horrible

I’ve used the app for years. The recent update is not a step in the right direction. The pending purchases balance is almost hidden. Large message about COVID seems unnecessary EVERY time I log in taking the majority of the screen.

Open app, get the following message for the last 2 weeks... “Credit Card Account Access Site Maintenance The site is currently unavailable due to a system upgrade. We value your business and apologize for any inconvenience. Please try again later or call Cardmember Service at the phone number on the back of your credit card for questions about your account. The creditor, issuer and service provider of your Credit Card is Elan Financial Services.”
