What is the point of having Face ID if I have to log in every. single. time!? I don’t think I have ever had an app annoy me as much as this one does. Right now it’s asking me for a personal ID which I know I never signed up for, so now I can’t log in at all! Can’t wait til my bill is paid off so I can delete this maddening app! ??

Thumb print is doesn’t work half the time. Then it doesn’t recognize personal if or log on info. Deleting it. Worthless
App down for maintenance?

Personal ID

It doesn’t work. I am trying to log in with the Personal ID I always used and now it is telling me that the ID must contain special characters. The Personal ID I created couple of years ago doesn’t have special characters and it still working Ok on the website. I am deleting this app since is useless.
Had to Delete and reinstall

Like other users after an update I was unable to log in using my fingerprint and then it was telling me my username and password were incorrect. I finally had to just delete the app and then reinstalled. Everything seems to be working now and was able to get logged in.
Impossible login

No matter how many times I enable faceid or touchid or tell the app to remember this device, it’s always asking me to re-enter my username, reenter my password answer security questions or receive a verification phone call. I’m considering closing this credit card because it’s always the least convenient one I own. If I can’t check my available credit, I’m putting my purchase on a different card. If I can’t make a payment easily, I don’t want to make a purchase with this card. I’ve had a terrible experience with the app since day 1 and it feels like it’s gotten worse over time.
Haven’t been able to access the app for days

I haven’t been able to access the app for at least 4-5 days. Whenever I click on it, I just get a message saying that the service is not available at this time.

This app never works. The Touch ID is hit or miss or they are always doing server maintenance. Maybe a couple complaints to fidelity will get these guys inline.
