This app and Elan are the most frustrating and misleading apps and credit card clearing house EVER! Auto pay mysteriously resets itself. Every payment I make or AutoPay payment generated is only viewable long enough to print a receipt, or up to about 2am Pacific Time. Then it just disappears for 3-5 days! Does not show up as pending, initiated, nothing! I rarely carry a balance on purpose. I go in to my account Mobile App or Online Website to double check that the payment has been processed on time and it does not show up anywhere - customer service cannot explain it or find it either. This has resulted in me double paying off my balance in full—more than once! AND they refuse to issue an overpayment refund until after the 2nd future billing cycle! Written messages to customer support have resulted in replies that have NOTHING to do with the problem I am reporting, just a canned irrelevant reply. What a scam!

For the most basic things on this app it works fine, making a payment. For ANYTHING else it is horrible. Won’t let you enter info to change your password, locked me out of my account when I went to sign into the app on my iPad. Plus on top of that if you call their customer service it is equally as bad. Took me days to add a PO Box when it should take minutes. No wonder they offer such aggressive incentives, their service is trash.

The app could be better. It’s like something is always broken with the or even their site to where it won’t work properly.

Terrible app. When I try to login, most of the time it does not even bring up the text box when I tap on it. I am blind and use the voice over feature on the iPhone. Usually when you tap on The text box it will bring it up. Not true in this case. When I tap on the text box it will not bring it up for me to enter my login ID.Most of the time I have to get someone with vision to tap on it for me when I turn off the voice over. Does not allow me to be very independent. App developers are legally required to make apps accessible for those with vision loss. This app is not very accessible. When I am able to get in, I try to manage my alerts and I keep getting a message that says internal error. This app needs some serious help. It also does not allow me to login using my face ID as I have set it up to do.
