Links don’t work. Wrong support phone number. Missing Banners and buttons. Maybe they should test before releasing changes.
Keeps crashing with Touch ID

Latest app update causes the app to crash every time I try to sign in with Touch ID. Please fix as soon as possible.
Touch ID doesn’t work

After multiple years with the old app, I updated to the new app today and now Touch ID doesn’t work. Am deleting this app. It is frustrating that after years of access, this is no longer working. My other credit card apps all work perfectly so it isn’t a problem with the phone. Update: App has been updated to v3.0 after two weeks of v2.0. Touch ID enabled. Customer service was courteous but had no information re update.
Finger Print was not working.

Finger Print, did not work on my iPhone after the last app upgrade, called Elan, they said they would look in to it. It use to work fine. All others apps work fine.
Version 2.0 update is horrible

I normally don’t write app reviews. The app was functional before the newest update. I have to use touch ID 4-5 times just to login and every time I switch pages I have to use touch ID 2-3 times. There is no longer the ability to logout. Edit April 2, 2020: Update 3.0 to the app came out and fixed most of the issues. It it much easier to navigate now than the original app was.
Promoting for Touch ID/Face ID multiple times

This newest version of the app works with TouchID and FaceID but it pops up four or five times in a row before it will finally let you in. Also when the app times out and makes you log in again it only asks for the userID and won’t automatically prompt for Face ID/Touch ID again. I have to force close the app and relaunch it for those to pop up again.

The app randomly logs you out and when you try to log back in you have to reset your password. Other times when I try to login I get an “unexpected error” code.

First of thank you to the developers/ workers for updating. Thank you! The app works perfect and I highly recommend trying it. I do everything electronically via my phone. *also the developers are listening, I got a e-mail after the app didn’t work saying it’s being worked on and was very surprised that it’s updated and working. TRY IT! THANK YOU
