Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Makes you go through the complete sign in and doesn’t allow you to use Face ID anymore. Please fix
This app literally never loads. It’s one of most frustrating apps on my phone. Might as well call the member service because you will not load the app. Terrible service.
Awful login experience. Trying to Make the app look like the website was a huge failure/disappointment.
no touch id—have to login every every every single time. worst banking card app imaginable! was it developed by a drunk monkey? you ought to be ashamed to put your name on such an utter piece of garbage!!!!!!
So much for Touch ID. Pretty inconvenient. Not impressed. Moving on to another credit card provider.
Doesn’t even let me on the app, tried it on a different phone and also did the same.
Started out doing great! Now all I get is system error- unavailable. So the app was deleted & I’m back to calling customer service to pay bill over the phone?
So while the app is usable (for the most part) it does tend to have sign in difficulties. Though with some ingenuity and knowing how to go into the settings to reset the face sign-in function, it comes back. The fact that it is frequently not functioning though is a great annoyance! I also do not like the new interface and believe the original one was much more user friendly with less unnecessary moving parts
This app hasn’t worked in months. Are you planning on updating it or not?
