This is a ridiculously bad app! I noticed recently that I had removed it from my phone. On reloading and trying to log on I remembered why it was removed. I couldn’t even get past the username! The app kept asking for me to only use alphanumeric entries for my username; which I was. The error message just kept coming. Needless to say I promptly removed it again. This time I will remember.

This outfit has the worst apps and Internet access I’ve ever experienced. Neither the app or the website will let me. I was on the phone with customer service the other day to get help logging into my account. We were finally successful. The next day I tried to log in again and it won’t let me. Back the same old problem. Haven’t been able to get in since. Never ends. It’s a technical problem on their end. Not the data I’m entering.

If you're managing your credit. Paying bills sometimes minimum payments, sometimes more. Depending on what makes best sense. DO NOT USE THIS APP. THIS app is designed to make you understand code and then crack it. And that's just using your own login and password AND security questions to log in to your account. They simply do not want you to access your information to get to your account. I don't know how else to make it any clearer. Just call the number on the back of the card. Or manage online. I'm done.

touch id and password never stay i believe for security purposes. Overall im happy with the card and app as well

Set up Touch ID, but as a “security measure” it routinely asks for your username and password. Like somehow my phone and fingerprints have been stolen and someone wants to pay my CC bill. FFS. Then, if you call customer service to reset the password (bc again, the app is worthless), they will advise you for “security reasons” they cannot reset your password. You have to do it yourself on the app...The credit card has been wonderful, but I will be discontinuing use bc I’m sick of dealing with their app.

Crashes every other day...

This app crashes more times than I can count. If it isn’t recognizing my username randomly as it typically does, it completely crashes or has me change my login credentials only to crash after filling out new information. This really needs to be fixed.

Does not save password/ Touch ID or Face ID. Ever

I have never had so many issues with passwords and logins as I have with the Elan app. Sometimes I feel absolutely frustrated just trying to pay my bill. I’ve had more than a couple late charges due to the failure of online services.
