The older version was a good mobile version. It did exactly what you wanted it to do in a good mobile friendly way. The new update made it look just like it did on desktop which doesn’t work good for mobile devices. The new update went the opposite way. Before it was easy to use and easy to understand. Everything was laid out neatly and I loved it. I would have given it 5 stars. Now it’s so bad I’m only giving it one star. Aren’t apps supposed to improve? Not make them 10x worse than they were.

Every time you release an update such this one, the app resets login information and I have a hard time logging into the account. Very uncomfortable.

Garbage. Prompts you for password almost every time AND a security question. There have been a few times I had a question that wasn’t even on my question list? Garbage app, and probably wouldn’t have gotten a card through them if I knew it was this bad. My fault.

Horribly stupid app. Impossible to use. Giving up and changing to another card.

For the past two updates FACEID login hasn’t been working and tells me to input my login info every time I access the app....very inconvenient!

Face ID never stays on, asks for username and password everytime yet they boast their Face ID feature for easy access and saving time. Hmmmm yet it doesn’t work.

I have Face ID enabled yet I have to type my user name, answer security question & input password every time I log on.

My card has been managed by Elan for years. I didn’t know there was an app until now. The view I see looks just like the view on my PC. Glad it has Face ID. I used the same login credentials I’ve always used and I was in. Glad to have my account with me wherever I go.

App does not work for Face ID or Touch ID and my credit limit goes up and down like a roller coaster effecting my credit card utilization
