Glitch = Double Charge – Dunkin' Review

I was placing an order on the app from my phone, and when I hit submit - it just sat thinking about it. So I disconnected from WiFi hoping that would help, and it brought me back to the order screen like no order had been placed. So I decided to change one thing then hit submit again and it went through fine. Got to restaurant and they had two orders, so I took one and was told they could not credit me from the store for the second order, I had to call the help desk line. It’s been over a week and I still don’t have my money back, and it was a sizable order. I will no longer be using the app to place an order, if I place another order at all, since I do not want to pay double and maybe never get my money back? Case #07835420
