Now that i have to use Nest it is horrible !! The worst EVER !! That happen to the gps ?? It NEVER works !! The app never turns the camera on OR off !! What a joke !! App supports tells me to delete my app and re-install it, should I do this every day ? Because IT STILL DOES NOT WORK !!
App crashes; camera down, cannot connect

I changed wifi password, went to update my Dropcam but app crashes & will not connect. Now my Dropcam camera is useless. What a rip off.

I like the cameras all around, but one of my cameras that aren't close to the wifi will cut in and cut out, but when I go back to the video feed on that one camera, it will shut the app off and not let me see the video feed that was there to see. Something you guys could possibly fix would be nice.

As I read the reviews it's obvious that people are reviewing the Dropcam and they really are using the new nestcam. I have both the Nest app is dismal it doesn't work even though drop cam has not had an update in over a year and a half it is still superb. Why don't the programmers take note and stop enhancing the nest app and just use the original dropcam without taking away any features.

Wow. Way to take a pretty decent product and screw it up royally. How do you make a product worse? I really liked the drop cam app. But they've disabled it, forcing me to use the Nest app which is far inferior. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Oops. The Nest app may not be inferior after all. The last support guy I spoke to, although very nice, did not know the product. He told me what I have been doing on the Dropcam app is impossible on the Nest app. But I've been monkeying with it and it appears he was wrong. Raised rating from 1 to 3 stars.

I'm still stick to this app after NEST bought out DropCam. It is way much easier to use with time frame feature and zooming.

Since Nest took this over I have had nothing but issues. App has constant issues and is now shutting off completely when viewing timeline. When I call them they tell me to use another device! I want this on my iPad, not desktop computer. Then when there was another issue they offered me 3 months of free service. Sounds great? NO they double billed me!!! Now on hold with worthless customer service for 35 minutes while I wait for a senior tech and write this lovely review. Don't buy this camera.
