Wonderful App

This is my first review for any app ever. Never really blown away or had a major issue that justified my input. Can't say enough how much I love this app. Just had back surgery and cannot leave the house. My orders were delivered correctly, in half the time they estimated, and hot. Thank You!


Way too long

My food arrived 45 minutes after the original time given. I get delays happen but I was not given any information or updated arrival times. It still said 3:41 arrival time at 4:01. This seems like it could be a very simple fix on your part


Better than UberEats

This app is awesome. Way better than Uber Eats in my opinion. Uber Eats cancels orders for various reasons whereas DoorDash not only never cancels your order but also delivers BEFORE the estimated time arrival nearly each and every time, which is awesome. Love this app.


Worst customer service I’ve ever had!

I Odered from a restaurant one meal for my husband and another for myself. Without being contacted they refunded me my order because the restaurant was out of it. Still charged me for my husbands meal without consulting me before hand. If we had know we would’ve canceled the order and found a place to both be able to eat at. I literally had to fight with customer service to get my full refund which is now two separate refunds that will take 5-7 business days for also $50. Beware their customer service agents are very rude.

I made an order from Cheesecake Factory, the deliver calls to confirm order and all is good. A chick calls 5 times after that then cancels my whole order with no explanation! I call the guy back deliver back he knows nothing other than it’s cancelled. Then what piss me off even more is they charge my account $75 then tell me it will take 5-7 days for the money to be returned. Total bad experience for a first timer. Never again!

I used the app for the first time today and my driver called me and said she couldn’t bring me my food because she forgot some kind of card so I literally didn’t get my food until another driver got it and when I finally got my food it was cold

I ordered food from this app, super excited to get freaking chick fil a. Then like an hour later, I received a call telling me that my dasher couldn’t get my chick fil a and that i need to cancel my order and that I’ll have a discount on my next order and I’ll be totally refunded on the purchase. I was like, “okay cool refund and a discount awesome thanks doordash” then the next day I noticed they still charged my card and I was like, “wtf”. I called door dash and told them what happened and they had the AUDACITY TO TELL ME that they took my money and turned into store credit even though they made the f-ing mistake. So not only was the “discount” like $2 but I wasn’t given my money back, for a mistake they made. I ended up getting my money back but not after having to yell at them to get my way, like they weren’t having it until I f-ing yelled. I will never use this app again. Use Uber eats or postmates or something man. This app is isn’t worth the time.

Every time i get a portillos order on roosevelt and des plaines there is a problem. Ive taken at least 50 orders and every order is pre late and an excruciating headache of a wait inside the restaurant. For a business to have 100 employees working inside it’s disheartening to find out its managements call on making everyday chaotic no matter how slow it could be. I took a delivery today and got to building as fast as possible to wait 47 minutes to finally leave and on customer support chat for 40 minutes and the support person is like talking to a 1st grader.locking me out of working another delivery. I stopped dashing for months because i paid for a garbage order out of my own pocket and waited for reimbursement for a week and a half.The customer support actually tried telling me do i want my money back and played a kid game as well. after i logged out and left from the 47minute wait and the customer finally hit my phone up thru text at exactly an hour and 20 from when he ordered what kind of person does that? Plus my rating was at 4.92 now its at 4.58 so i got a total shiestbag.

On May 27 my wife and I ordered Chinese food from Chen’s Garden in Springfield N.J. through Doordash. I received my credit card bill today and I was charged twice. We could not find any way to contact Doordash except through a review. We contacted the credit card company and are awaiting a resolution which could take two months. Ugh.

I’ve ordered twice from this app and both times, I only received my order 2 hours after the delivery time. The drivers constantly abandon orders and some even eat your food. It’s extremely annoying and the phone numbers provided never work.
