Had a terrible delivery experience. Contacted DoorDash via twitter. Publicly claim they want to make things right in multiple tweets. In DM they tell me they can do nothing. Apparently their business model allows dashers handle multiple orders/stops at same time. As a customer that means your food arrives late and cold. I’m not paying a for that kind of service anymore. I’ve cancelled my dash pass and am uninstalling.

I freaking hate this app 1) for Burger King to be right literally around the corner from my house (I cannot walk alone due to disabilities) it takes 30-45min for it to get to my house. 2) I contacted customer support because After waiting 40+ minutes, my dasher person got the WRONG ORDER. I contacted customer service either once or twice but they never responded 3) they gave me credit which was $11 and some change for door dash. I used that for My second and last order but the total came up to $3 and some change even though the order was below $11 (I think my order was around 10 something) so there couldn’t be a delivery fee. PLUS there’s a promotion to where there’s free delivery for orders that are $10+. You all used my actual card instead of my credits but now my credits are all gone. I was very frustrated. 4) for my second and last order, it actually took about an hour for them to arrive. Apparently Door Dash has an option to tell the customer that the deliverer is at the store or something and it’s going to take a LONG while. 5) why is it that you are REQUIRED to tip the delivery person in order to confirm your food?? It’s supposed to go AFTER it’s delivered. This app is terrible. But it’s my fault for not reading the reviews first. DELETED!!

Worst food app!!!! Placed an order after waiting for 45 min for the “dasher to head to the store” I called the restaurant I had ordered through to see if it had been picked up or if it was just sitting there, the restaurant had no order placed the door dash my order was never delivered and door dash refuses to refund the 35 dollars they charged me.

Ordered my breakfast at 9:10AM and was given an arrival time for 10:16AM. Order confirmation was sent to email address and the delivery “dasher” was selected. Tracking for order has not updated since order confirmation and I was not able to cancel the order nor contact the “dasher”. Instead im expected to sit and wait like a sitting duck not knowing whats the problem or if ill ever get my food. Absolutely awful app this is.

I am a frequent user of food delivery apps, and I am disappointed with Door Dash every time. I have used it twice on my own account and some other times on friends’ accounts. My two experiences were both terrible; in the first the driver was rude to me and implied something racist and took an hour longer than the stated time, and in the second, the driver never showed up to complete the delivery (I immediately ordered the same exact thing on Postmates and got my order within 20 mins). I order on several other apps on a regular basis too; Seamless, Ubereats, etc, and I have always had great experiences with them. I don’t know what is going wrong here, but I am disappointed and deleting the app. My suggestion would be for them to add a feature that lets you track where the driver is, like how every other app does.

Took over an hour to get my food from a place that’s 3 minuets away. I was quoted 25 minuets then it kept getting pushed back. Missed my lunch because of this. This was my first time using the app and I will probably never do it again and I will be sure to tell everyone to use Uber eats or post mates
WORST SERVICE EVER
dashdoor is the worst
had a small window for lunch. Placed my order in my way home. App said 35-45 minutes, just enough time to get the order and go to my next appointment. Following the count down on the app, after 10 minutes it went up to an hour wait. When I contacted the driver they didn’t want to wait for the food so pushed it back. Called the restaurant and my food was ready and getting cold! Couldn’t cancel the order! Had to cancel my next appointment! WILL NEVER USE YHEM AFAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE I KNOW WILL EITHER!
