Terrible service

My driver broke down and no one said anything. Over an hour after my order I text the driver and he told me his car broke down, I asked if anyone else was going to pick up the order and he didn’t have an answer for me. I called costumer service and they tried tell me they didn’t know anything about it and wanted me to wait for someone else to deliver it. By the time I got my food, almost 2 hours later, it cold and I only got a 50% discount. This company is terrible. If you ever have an issue don’t expect them to help you out in any way.

Ordered food from chipotle, food was never delivered and marked as order delivered. Tried to reach customer service and the chat button doesn’t work and tried to email them and they closed my ticket by responding use app to report. Very bad service and experience, canceling my door pass.
They won’t make it right.

Food arrived spilled, cold and undercooked. It happens, not a huge deal. Went through some confusing and painful customer support back-and-forth via email, which resulted in them refusing the refund. I was blown away, as I’ve spent a TON of money with DoorDash over the years and they’ve always made it right. Stuff goes wrong, that’s not the problem, but if you won’t take care of it I’ll go elsewhere.
Takes forever

Said it would take 45 min to delivery, 60 min pass, delivery guy says he got the message 10 min ago, have to wait another 45 min!?!!?? That’s ridiculous

We have used DoorDash more than a dozen times and they deliver orders that are not complete half the time. We mostly order on Friday nights..busy? yes but it’s a toss up whether our order will be right or not. Used them tonight because of the $1.99 delivery charge and am feeling lucky!
Delayed order

DoorDash has started having drivers pick up orders from multiple locations before delivering. This has lead to cold food and lengthy delays on multiple occasions. Use another service if you want warm food.

Trying to order food and the app keeps telling me due to excess demand this store is not available right now. Come on get your act together. I tried deferent food places and it still gives me that message so it is not just one place it is all of them that this app supports
