DoorDash is how I make my supplemental income. But when I schedule to dash, I can’t do ANYTHING ELSE besides tap my screen to make sure it doesn’t lock and try to watch an order pop up. I get no alert, no sounds, no anything. I end up sitting there for hours, no orders, I look down and it’s paused.

The new update does not allow fast pay to work correctly instead of instantly being able to cash out it makes you wait an hour or so before giving you the option to do so

Doordash needs to know that it takes longer to deliver to an apartment than it does to a house where you would just have to drop it off instead of going all the way to the person’s apartment which makes it look like the dasher aren’t delivering the orders in time when really it’s doordash not giving us enough time. Also everything seems to be the dashers fault, if the restaurant takes too long the dashers get a bad rating for being late, if a customer puts down the wrong address the dasher looses time without compensation. Please fix this

1. Needs dark mode option 2. Needs a daily earning counter on the main screen 3. Needs to have option to start dashing in a new area when a trip sends you there. This should happen seamlessly w/o having to drive ALL the way back to your zone, or ending the dash and starting a new one. Cmon guys this is basic stuff, punt, pass, kick. The app is glitchy and requires multiple app shut down through the day to keep the zones updating correctly. Put buttons on the main screen for pause dash and another for end dash. 1 step so it keeps the driver focused on dtiving and less looking at phone for multiple steps.
Where is my payable invite?

Received an email saying to watch for payable invite and that I must choose mail or electronic delivery for my 1099 by the 24th... it’s the 22nd today. And still no invite. Also no response from customer service when I asked the same question .

It’s very hard to get into the schedule unless you schedule a week in advance. And when you are able to schedule somehow there’s very few orders. And it only counts the time when you get an order. I did a 30 minute run that became available after I got done at the gym and I got 0 ordered and that dash run was not added to my account at all. Any time after your last order and before your first order seems to be cut off. Before even adding gas and maintenance and tax you end up doing like $5-6 an hour most of the time. On rare occasions you can do $6-$10 an hour. I feel like this wouldn’t be as big of an issue if the app showed a history of the orders in your area for the last few weeks, or even better, the last year. This app is useless. You just have to blindly schedule something or rely on your own experiences when the busiest days and times of day are.

Everytime I got my credentials in, the app says “Unable to process your request at this time. Try again later” This is my first time signing in through the appa... does it make any change?
