Bad app, Support much worse!

I have problems with my app for over 1 year and already made several complaints in support and no one solves and not even a return of my complaint !! Already uninstalled and installed the app several times, already changed my phone and the problem continues !! Total lack of professionalism of the company! We are just numbers working like camels for them!
Change Swiping Gesture

The swiping at the bottom is the same gesture on newer iPhones for multitasking so it often switches apps when you try to swipe for arrived/picked up/delivered.

This version keep pausing by itself without visual appearance. Largest delivery company can’t even make a decent working app. I guess CEO too cheap to invest on the app. Poor app process when you get two different orders from same restaurant. Still restaurants doesn’t prepare orders on time but drivers gets blamed and low ratings. Schedule system is nightmare. They do anything to disqualify you from peak bonuses and you get less offers during peak hours on purpose. Sending drivers to the restaurants that never signed up with DoorDash.
Got tons of orders for months, now nothing!

Door dash has been my source of income for months. I was making over $300 a week hardly being out. Now even when it says it’s “very busy” in an area, I go out and I’m not getting ANY orders for hours I’ve waited! Once I ended my dash it said the area was still “very busy” obviously Dasher is having a HUGE back end problem and everybody is complaining. Why are you guys not fixing this problem!! You advertised this as a job for people to make money, people do it as their MAIN income source and out of no where we’re not making any money!! We’re upset, PLEASE HELP AND FIX THESE PROBLEMS!

I just installed the app and am trying to setup the Red Card but there is no options to do this. It says there’s a menu icon in the top left but there is not. Help...

DoorDash use to be great and you would make anywhere from 12 to 25 dollars an hour. Now you only make around 5-11 dollars an hour. They need to do a better job scheduling so that there’s not too many dashers on the road at once.

A customer should not be able to call me after I have already delivered and dropped off their food. Would give this no stars if possible. If the customer have any complaints with there order they should take it up with the merchant or doordash.......... not me.

It seems like every time I start a dash or attempt to start a dash I have issues with the app. Half the time it won’t let me sign in and when I do get to and start a dash it gives me problems accepting orders or it will accept orders for me and not show the destination or merchant.
