2020 Dashing is Making me Money

I work in Chicago suburbs and I hustle hard, because of it I consistently make 15-20 an hour (15/16) I don’t break traffic laws, I just drive pick up and stay on top of the clock. Thank y’all so much doordash ps. Please pay us more I mean we need cash guys .

They deactivated my account saying that customers never got they order. When I clearly call or text and let them kno I’m out front. I really like delivering for Doordash but they did a poor investigation and now I can’t sign back up.. The customers complained just so they could get a refund and not pay for their order...

They are stealing our tips. I made more than 100 deliveries and I didn’t get more than $5 tips. It’s impossible right! Haha it’s like a joke. Omg this is just wasted time.

There are several issues that are frustrating while using app. Needs some stream lining done to scheduling for sure. There is no clear way to pick open time slots, at least experience. Also, sometimes I’m in the middle of the area I’m scheduled and it won’t let me start dashing. Just keeps saying “you have a scheduled dash that starts soon in (the area that I’m in!)” very frustrating when I took an hour drive to get there only to not be able to work.
Cheap base pay

They are mixture with base pay. How can one trip for 5 minutes be higher or lower than another trip the same timing and mileage? I had one trip only pay me a lousy $2 for over a 10 minute drive. INSANE! Plus the wait times are not factored into pay. Uber factors your wait times at the merchant. When you ha e slow merchant you might get an order for only $6 that takes over an hour to compete. That’s wrong and needs addressed with door dash.

I’ve been using this for almost a year I’d say and some times the app crashes and won’t let me on. It’ll sign me out and won’t let me sign back in. I’ll reset the password and it’ll still not work. ?
They stole my money $231.35

I made $231.35 and they didn’t pay me! 4 days back and forth with the customer support but nothing happened! Poor doordash.
Drive orders , look for other jobs

I have claimed a drive order for tomorrow(01/28/20) , when I click claim it’s showed me that it was assigned to me but when I reopened the app to check it again that order not there , it’s not the first time happened to me . My friend also facing same problem . If I have a chance I want to give a zero star. They have a support team that never understands the driver problems .

Sometimes you’ll get paid on times and sometimes the app will knock out your information and your money will be delayed and then they’ll have to contact your bank which isn’t the issue and then you’ll have to wait for door dash to escalate the issue after 11am and hope they’ll be able to help
