This app needs to do a better job of notifying you of new delivery requests! It gives you one little push notification and that’s all. Uber Eats vibrates and constantly alerts you until you unlock your phone and accept the request. Same with Grubhub, Postmates, and all the other delivery apps. I’m constantly missing deliveries because I never hear the notification. I wish it would vibrate constantly until you either accept or decline the request.

Doordash honestly doesn’t pay its dasher enough. Before I accepted an order it said guarantee 8.68 for the order I accepted it checked my breakdown and seen that I received a 10$ tip from the customer. Which would be 18$ in total for the ride. Doordash only paid me a 1$ ?????????????????????????????????

Why can’t you like or dislike a dash after you complete an order anymore? Some of the merchants are very slow.

There should be a notification when the area gets busy for the ones that didn’t have a schedule

In Fresno,Ca the bonus pay is exclusively from 7:30am-10:30am, but the shifts get taken in a split of a second. It’s time for you guys to start offering individual incentives to dashers, like getting a bonus every 25orders,50,100 etc in a certain amount of time. Let us all get a piece of extra pay, please!

Doordash & Postmates are both incredible ways to make money. With that being said, Dasher has a feature which says “pick up/deliver by (time)”. In my experience, this feature almost NEVER factors in traffic, parking, etc. which means that it’s rare to get there in time and almost guarantees dissatisfaction amongst customers. As a result, customers are notified that their food is running late for a vast majority of the time. Maybe this is specific for the heavily congested Los Angeles area which I am working from, but this unrealistic time expectation makes Postmates a better option every time for me.

Boo, I applied but because my federal/military clearance is unaccessible to civilians they wouldn’t even consider my application. But who needs a an army ranger with a back ground of quantum and theoretical physicist, if only I could be as qualified as the amazing mouth breathers and there astonishing iq of 38, luckily my other alias’s and identification are clean. Please to meet you, I’m Nick, Neal, Oliver and misoir George Devore the third. ? suckers. Don’t forget to tip. ?

You can never schedule dashes, when I do it auto kicks me out. The support team is the worse!!! I’ve called and nobody has helped. Even when it says the new schedule will be released, I go at the exact time an it’s already full. I’m over it

I’ve been driving for DD for well over a year. It’s better than what it was before with all the app issues and ridiculous requests for you to drive way out of your area for a five dollar fast food order. I have made money but I wish they would dump the ratings that are unrealistic in my opinion. I could go on but what it comes down to is that you need to try it out for yourself. It may be awesome or it may be a dud for you.
