What a bust!

Had dolly scheduled for a week. Up until the last half hour we only had one helper available. Five minutes before the helper was to arrive we were notified that the helper was no longer coming. Not only did this inconvenience us, but it inconvenienced the person who's home we were going to pick up items from. Very disappointing experience. The call service team tried their best however their best wasn’t good enough this time. Will not be using this service again.

I used Dolly to load a 16ft truck. Literally all of my items were thrown into the truck and damaged. I spent hours re-doing all the work that had been done. When I contacted Dolly that their service was not up to par they offered me $40.00 for my issue. All of my furniture is damaged or broken. I will encourage all of my friends to NEVER use this service and am appalled by the lack of customer service I’ve received on this issue.

Our helpers were good and on time. Be very specific on your order what you want moved. When you add items during the pickup/moving it is very expensive. And if you don’t have something moved, they don’t provide a credit!
Beware of extra charges if you aren’t careful

I was moving apartments and was injured right beforehand. Because I didn’t have furniture and friends helped me move fragile/valuable things, I figured this was a cheaper way to go. I And it was until the guy told me I’d be charged an EXTRA $150 because I’d booked two “flights” of stairs on both sides instead of 3... a total of 12 stairs. This is almost DOUBLE what the original price was. Then the guy tries to cut me a “deal” and asks for $140 cash directly. Ummmmm how is that a deal for me? So $420 with tip to move 24 boxes 5 miles.

Chris was on time and did a remarkable job. Polite, neat and clean. Highly recommend. This was my first experience with Dolly and because of Chris I will use this service again and recommend your company to others.
App works, service doesn’t

App works fine. Getting helpers connected with your job is another story! Save yourself the headache and pay for real movers.
Terrible Experience

I requested a Dolly 24 hours in advance, and received a confirmation in minutes. Prices were steep compared to pro moving companies, but I needed help quickly. I built my plans around the confirmed time my helper would arrive. I paid building fees to reserve elevators. Then, the helper cancelled one hour before the scheduled move. I was rescheduled with another helper and a different time slot 3 hours later. I had to pay penalties for a late move-out and to re-book the elevators. Customer Support was COMPLETELY unhelpful, and did not even apologize, let alone provide some sort of partial refund or credit. Stay away from this service.
