What the F! Worst horrible don’t ever use! I sent pictures and I set everything up a week in advance the driver was an hour late! and then says there’s too much stuff in my house to move. May need two trips. Okay fine I’ll pay extra. I adjust everything with Dolly they get hot and decide to cancel the move with a quarter of my stuff in the truck we have to move everything back into the hallway! Disaster! It is now almost 2 PM I’m waiting for my new movers my move was supposed to begin between 930 and 10 AM. I’m disgusted this is the worst illegitimate garbage app. I have to find a real mover in real time on a Saturday. It’s impossible to get a hold of Customer Service who is in the Philippines and really do not care. Do not ever use the service for moving you will get screwed and stranded!

Please do not use them. I used them to have a freezer and refrigerator. Great delivery. My ex husband moved to senior living (78) years old. Mark E. Said he would consolidate his two storages to one. He emptied the two storage units plus took a lot of money from My ex husband. I called Mark E. He refused to talk about the theft and his number thst was texted to me about Movers is not even in his name. He is a predators. Apparently Dolly does not do backgrounds

The mover decided that because the weather said it was going to rain he didn’t want to move my furniture. He just canceled. I’m not using this service ever again. The people are not reliable.

Hello. I just wanted to let you know about a small problem on the privacy policy page of the current (3.131.2) version of the iOS app. On the privacy policy page all of the quotation marks have converted into illegible characters. This is specific to the iOS app - this does not happen with the Android app. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch the iOS app 2. Select “Get Started” 3. Select “Help” 4. Select “Privacy Policy” 5. Note that all the quotes on the privacy policy page have converted into illegible characters If you could fix this it would be appreciated!
Kicked to curb
Helpers bailed an hour and a half before an office move with multiple location stops that had been scheduled for a month. Employees and furniture stranded. Other than automated replies, no response to my frantic emails from anybody with this company. #FAIL

I hired 2 (two) movers to help bring a sofa from Miami to my new apt in Ft Lauderdale. One guy was a no-show. I paid $210 for 2 (two) movers and they only offered $30 credit for the difference. I complained enough for them to add another $20 to the credit but how do they figure that only almost 15% discount on 50% of the workers? Thieves. I liked the guy who showed up but because of their judgement call I couldn’t justify a tip for him even though I wanted to thank him somehow for just showing up to get the job done. I’ve had better luck w Thumbtack.

Jervis & co-workers were prompt, courteous, careful & exceeded all expectations with my pick up & haul away project. Dolly & Jervis will be my ONLY call going forward when heavy lifting is needed☺️

I originally booked my Dolly two months in advance. The helpers were not assigned until 4 days prior to my move, and then they canceled 27 hours before the move. Users are required to cancel within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee; however, Dolly does not provide any compensation if they cancel last minute with no explanation. I am now scrambling to find another company for my move tomorrow because Dolly is unreliable and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

The platform was super easy to use, the guys that showed up had a great attitude, and the prices were within my budget. Great experience.
