Mover never came.
DO NOT BOOK!
Mover never came. Dolly support called me twice asking if I could reschedule. How? All my stuff is packed up! I have to be out of here today. I ended up having to move everything myself & got no apology from the mover. I will NEVER book with them again. He literally ruined my whole day.
Issues with dolly drivers showing up

I would have rated dolly higher two weeks ago however towards the end of the year I received unacceptable service from several folks.. one didn’t show at all and the other was changed at the last minute so I didn’t know who was going to take the job. I’m still waiting on a refund from dolly for work order that was related to the no-show.
Convenient in theory

Seems like a nice concept but helper don’t appear to have penalties for canceling at last minute or not responding. Had a helping cancel 10 minutes before pick up was supposed to occur, then someone else accepted the pick up shortly after and then also doesn’t respond to me after being 30 minutes late to pick up. Still haven’t heard back. Had to keep going back and forth with seller and this whole situation is just embarrassing at this point. Not super reliable.

Absolutely call Dolly if you think you might maybe want to have your stuff moved. They might show up. As a courtesy, they’ll even wait until the very last minutes of your service window to let you know they haven’t found any “helpers” so that you don’t have an opportunity to get a more reputable company to do the job. If you call support, they’ll ask you to extend your window (to waste more of your time) or find someone to message you to offer to do the job the next day! “The next day? Awesome! I can’t hardly wait to see if you’ll show up tomorrow!” Highly recommended if you want to waste time and get left high and dry.
