Company canceled last minute with no compensation or explanation – Dolly: Moving & Delivery Help Review

I originally booked my Dolly two months in advance. The helpers were not assigned until 4 days prior to my move, and then they canceled 27 hours before the move. Users are required to cancel within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee; however, Dolly does not provide any compensation if they cancel last minute with no explanation. I am now scrambling to find another company for my move tomorrow because Dolly is unreliable and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
