I been using DHgate for 2 years I love it good price u have to check the reviews of the sellers make should u get the best quality of product some shipping takes about 1 month or 2 to get here that’s the down side I never had any problem with the seller

Well I’m new to DHgate relatively speaking so all I can do is speak of my experiences to this point. I’m quite pleased overall . Everything I’ve gotten was exactly what I expected to get. Sure it would be nice to receive items quicker but you really need to remember the journey they’re taking. I would most certainly refer DHgate to friends…well actually I have. Do I get a commission?

Ordered a few items that never got delivered and never got a refund. Got in touch but got ignored so many time daughter up thieves. Than deleted my purchase history but not before sending my purchases Irma to FL and I live in NY. If you don’t mind being hustled go ahead.

I ordered some headphones that were great and decided to try again with a hairdryer and deep tissue massager. The hairdryer is ok, but the massager only worked once. I have been trying to get in touch with the seller and have been ghosted. I can see the message was read so I know they saw my message and intentionally ignored it. The app doesn’t help with customer service at all. I’m glad I waited to get these items before ordering more because it’s a total crap shoot, and no way to get a refund. Some sellers are great and others are crooks. I’m planning to take it up with my credit card company and see if they can help me.

Very hard to navigate DHgate and seller resolve center to resolve purchase concerns. DHgate and seller put you on a timeline to explain your problems, then take their time in responding, “if you can find their answer,” only to stop responding to you and your concerns, they have your money. DHgate was good for years, but beginning in 2019 something changed, items received had quality problems, order problems, buyer beware.
