I am starting not to trust this company and beware some of their vendors,,.. I sense they are scammers.,, on the year 2020 of Nov I ordered a Christmas wreath paid $30.00 and it never arrived.... and again last year 2021 Nov 6 I ordered a saddle CD bag which I paid from my CC for $76.00.... the vendor said it will be shipped Nov 11-18 but until now I have not received any..... I’ll report them to the Business Bureau on how they deal business in the US..... so beware DO NOT TRUST THEM..... they are SCAMMERS from CHINA....

I buy some item from October 10 and 30 2021 they send me no good tracking #s and no body answer any messages I still don’t received the items I paid for it well just another unhappy customer keep it up DHgate

The seller is always right even when selling falsely advertised items and you don’t get your money back and DHGATE customer service is a joke they don’t help solve issues with scamming sellers

I’ve been using this app for approximately five years and by now I can confidently say that the quality that I am receiving is decreasing, the logistics times have increased andThe price when purchasing MOQ one is increasing to the point that it is no longer reasonable for me to use Dhgate as a supplier. I have nowResourced quality items with quicker logistics.

Horrible !! HORRIBLE . Waste my time . Ordered 5 dresses end of November. Came in two weeks . Wrong COLOR WRONG MATERIAL . It wasn’t what I purchase or WANTED . Vendor kept going back and forth . Took MONTH to give me information. MADE ME PURCHASE The POSTAGE . When it was THEIR FAULT . I had to PAY 82$ more dollars to send the dresses back they sent . They sent me 65$ BACK OUT OF 328$ . Won’t response . Horrible . WENT OUT OF POCKET TO REORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!! Never AGAIN . Nobody WANNA HELP CANT CALL NO NUMBER AND TALK TO NOBODY . Wedding less than two months & STRESSED ABOUT THIS .

Everything I’ve ordered has been pretty spot on. Couple times shoe sizes and jersey sizes were smaller then what a normal size 10 shoe would be or a XL Jersey would be. Other then that this site is exactly what I’d hoped it would be.
