They released my payment and I never received item. It shows in the delivery details that it never made it to the USA.

My package was either lost, delivered to the wrong address ,or stolen while I was at work and all I keep hearing is your package was delivered no sort of help in trying to locate, send a replacement, or refund. Be weary and please check reviews before buying from varies sellers.

I ordered earrings and shoes back and October of 21’ and still haven’t received my order and it is now almost February of 22’. Their shipping time is horrible and so is their communication. Ive reached out 20 times with no response in return. This app is so janky!! When I went to check the status of my tracking, not only is it NOT all in English, it told me that the tracking number expired.. how is that even possible???? I feel like I’ve been robbed. The App doesn’t give you any support, there’s no one you can talk to and they won’t let you dispute the transaction, get a refund or communicate with anyone. Never will I use this app again

Ive been buying from DGhate over 10yrs now drop shipping and personal use. The app has gone down hill in the past couple years when it comes to Customer Service. There is no one to speak with when you want to dispute causing your money to just hang in limbo. Trying to talk with the sellers is a non ending cycle that leaves you frustrated. The chat feature tells you to talk to the seller. But if you've been doing that for 3 months then what do you do since there is no Customer Service. The open dispute tab leaves an error saying click item received first. No, I didn't receive it so why would I release my money to that seller. Seller wont give me money back so my money is lost. Until they get a system for the Consumer and have a real Customer Service department, I will not be back. Shipping is the WORST with most sellers, but there are some who ship fast. Good luck trying to figure out who lol. Some sellers have GREAT product…some not so much. Again, good luck trying to figure out who. Returns may as well not even exist….seriously.

I waited 6 weeks for my order to come in. Not only was it not what I wanted, but it’s totally disappeared from my orders. It’s like it never happened but they took my money! And customer service is a JOKE! They’ll let anyone sell through their site, including the scammers.
