I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter and they were not sized correctly. The seller will not allow me to return them and get a full refund. I’ve been trying to communicate with the seller and with this company for three weeks and the customer service has been horrible. I will never be buying from this company again.

I have been shopping on DHgate for about 2 years now. Mostly, my experience has been good. I have been able to navigate and receive some nice quality fashions from this site. But., wait— it’s like Russian roulette every now and then. I ordered a designer jogging suit and when I received the merchandise it was Nike instead of Fendi. I kept it without hassle because it was good looking. I would have liked the seller to notify and let me pick something else instead of just sending what they thought would work. Most merchandise I do receive satisfactory, but didn’t get 2 products- sent to wrong address. On scale 1-10 I give DHgate 8.

I have been using this app for like 3 month and don’t get me wrong there is a few good sellers but there is also way too many scammers who will steal your money and the process to get your money back is very difficult. I already got scammed more than a few times and now I’m having a hard time getting my money back it’s so disappointing that DHGate supports these scammers who like to steal peoples money.

I am soDisappointed how DH gate says they hold your money until you have received the product and are 100% happy !!!! This is simply not true. You allow your vendors to sand products that are not consistent with what it was ordered and make the customer pay 80 or 90% of the sale price, when what was received is 100% wrong. You have to keep your customer satisfied; several times now I have gotten items that were broken, damaged or indeed the wrong thing altogether and still I was forced to pay under protest. This is the wrong way to do business and I’m so disappointed because I have also had good experiences but the bad outweighs the good

I have ordered things that never came, after my money was taken, a number of times I got yjonhd billed to me that I never ordered or got delivered to me. There are mostly honest sellers, but there are some who are rotten to the core I wish there was a place where I could take my complains Bobby

So I bought a bag from Prada the ones that are trending that is a copy and I saw really good reviews and seemed very trustworthy. So I decided to buy it and for a great price! I couldn’t wait go receive and the day finally came to when it was suppose to come and it never came and noticed that this account or people didn’t exist anymore. The bag never came and I ask for a refund but honestly this place is so sketchy idk I’d trust putting my credit for the refund because I don’t trust this place and reading from the reviews I totally agree with them, don’t buy from here! It’s not worth it! they lie and it’s a SCAM! Aliexpress is better and trustworthy and give refunds to you.
