Мой опыт показал, что сайт отличный, но не в пользу покупателей. Купила сигареты электронные , прибыли дешевые неработающие с пролитыми маслами почти на 450$. Но вопрос был решён в пользу продавца. И в дальнейшем заблокировали мою карту. Прошу вас разобраться в этом вопросе .

I order a bridesmaid dress. This was my first order, I was scared but it came and they were true to the size. Please expect your order at least a month or 90 days to arrive. I was not in a rush. My event is in June but I wanted to order early to avoid delay. I love love it. Thank you .

This company is FRAUDULENT! 80% of the sellers are FRAUD! Some of my items did not arrive. Do them being delivered to the wrong address! And DHGATE DOESN'T CARE THEY JUST LET THE MERCHANTS KEEP YOUR MONEY! Telling me to file a claim and when I did, I submitted it to them and they said it was outside the 30 day window! Knowing it takes up to 60 days to get the order or in my case not getting the order. Just sitting and waiting! My hard earned money down the drain! DHgate always sides with the merchant Never with the customer. I will never shop this site again, and will no longer tell people about this Fraudulent Site!

Some sellers better then others!

I have been ordering from them for several years. Some selling have better quality items then others. Some sellers just forgot to send you parts of the orders. This can become very problematic as it is very difficult to get ahold of anyone for a refund or for them to make it right. The wait time can be very long (1-3 months) and other items can come in a couple weeks.
