Watch out! – DHgate-Online Wholesale Stores Review

I ordered some headphones that were great and decided to try again with a hairdryer and deep tissue massager. The hairdryer is ok, but the massager only worked once. I have been trying to get in touch with the seller and have been ghosted. I can see the message was read so I know they saw my message and intentionally ignored it. The app doesn’t help with customer service at all. I’m glad I waited to get these items before ordering more because it’s a total crap shoot, and no way to get a refund. Some sellers are great and others are crooks. I’m planning to take it up with my credit card company and see if they can help me.
