Deceptive practices

DH Gate seller did not ship Fendi shoes as promised. One month passed. I agreed to refund but instead of $99, they claimed to have sent $73 to my bank. When I questioned why the partial amount, they made false claim that they resent the shoes. Dispute dept deleted all the messages to hide their deception and protect the seller. Will file complaint.
Be weary. They only protect sellers

I received two pairs of shoes in the same color way, asked for an exchange and was offered $5 refund. Like who wants 2 pairs of shoes in the same color. Then with another seller, I received one of the two pairs of shoes I ordered, only to have DHGate release the funds. Highly disappointed with their customer service. Do not recommend to anybody

This app is so amazing and such high quality, me as a kid has always wanted some cool pairs of sneakers but has never been that wealthy to actually get one so this is such a blessing and they really are changing lives. This app really is so amazing, the shipping takes long BUT IS WORTH IT!!!

There are good sellers here but there are many, many scam artists. They will provide tracking information for an old order to your same zip code but not send your item.
