The App is wonderful. I just feel like it could be a filtered a little better. I don't like looking for a particular product, and end up seeing items that aren't even remotely the same as what I'm looking for. But, other than that, it's good.

Order #1684154527. AVOID DHGATE IT IS A SCAM!!! GOOD REVIEWS ARE PART OF SCAM!!! ONLY GOOD REVIEWS SHOW THIS IS RUN BY THE CHINA GOVT WITH THE INTENT OF SCAMMING AMERICANS!!! ONLY BUY DOMESTICALLY!!! I ordered car part 01/17/16. Was supposed to take 3-7 days shipping. After many ignored emails, and threatening a complaint, seller shipped 10 days later. Didn't show on tracking for about 20 more days. Seller ignored my emails asking where item was. It didn't show on tracking until I filed a complaint. Didn't arrive for over a month and it was the wrong part! Do not expect any assistance from their customer service. In chat room they say that they are escalating the matter, but nothing gets done. The case analysts do not respond. This site is a total scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY's APP OR SITE!!! ALL THEIR SELLERS ARE IN CHINA LOOKING TO SCAM AMERICANS!!! THE SELLERS LIE & INTENTIONALLY SEND WRONG ITEMS!!! STAY WITH DOMESTIC SELLERS!!! The Seller was: WeiguoXu 302 room, 2 building, 2011 Jingang road, China, E Post-Commerce Area, Jjinhua, Zhejiang China 312037 ------ 04/20/2016 UPDATE I was told the seller would remburse return shipping and I would receive a total refund. I returned item. Cost $80+ for shipping USPS. Now they are telling me the matter is concluded, but that I am only getting the approx $120 for the item, with no mention of shipping. When I sent numerous emails asking about the agreed shipping, I am only told that "the matter is concluded". 04/22/16 UPDATE Received the refund for item, but as expected did not receive reimbursement for return shipping. 04/29/16 UPDATE Per customer service chat, could take an additional 5-15 days for reimbursement for return shipping. It is now 4 months. 05/23/16 UPDATE After 12 online chats with customer service and almost a month of it is being processed / escalated the funds were out in my DHGate account. I filled out the form to receive it via Western Union - no way I was going to give them my bank account info. Took two weeks before the funds were transferred and I was provided a MTCN. When I went to pick up the funds DHGate Cust Svs chat did not know the Origin. All they can say is China, so I guessed California and I was correct. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! BUY DOMESTICALLY!!!

I ordered items since 17 February and till now didn't received the items ,the estimated arrival time was 5-18days. I contacted the seller asking about the delays his answer was it is by ocean shipping,so it's slowly. I know it's slowly but not that slowly, change the estimated arrival time to 5-18 months.
