iOS 13 update.

POfunnel

My son’s iPhone 6 transmits to everyone’s iphone except my iPhone 7 Plus since the first iOS 13 update. All the phones are updated. After following tech support instructions 3 different times I’ve given up. Any ideas besides throwing away my iphone? His mother is in charge of his cellphone and I keep making it send invites.

Working great since the 4.0.3 update

Grootbek

Both my son (12) and daughter (7) are Type 1 Diabetic, so this app plays a very important and central role in our lives. Before the 4.0.3 update it was awful, lagging and crashing regularly. However, since the 4.0.3 update (two weeks ago) it has performed flawlessly. Development Team, you have turned this app around. Thank you!! Now that it is stable, can we please have (1) a widget that can show multiple follows, (2) near infinite history scrolling like Sugarmate, (3) detailed notifications that show actual glucose values, (4) the ability to swipe horizontally between follows.

Lost ability to follow

Cremlynn

I can’t follow and got a new invite to follow and the app does nothing. ?

Apple Watch complication

abigrasz

Please add an Apple Watch complication!! It’s so much easier to see my boyfriend’s sugar at a glance rather than having to go through the app

Dear Dexcom

Make sharing with a higher number of family members (day, up to 10-15) avail to us. We have several important pieces of the puzzle attending to our kid. My father has t1d as well, and this kind of simple option shouldn’t be a hurdle/problem for a multimillion dollar company residing in the year 2019. ?

Amazing App

Ruger711

I love this app! I feel at ease knowing that my family can help me any time my blood sugar starts dropping. Sometimes I can’t function when it drops too low. Between this app and my Tandem pump, I can relax.

Unable to simply connect my own g6!

CatWrastler

I assumed this app would give the option of either connecting my Dexcom by the app or by connecting it within my iPad’s settings, but I’ve never had an app that said I needed to respond to the email before I could confirm that I wanted to JUST USE the app with my Dexcom G6. Garbage, my friends, garbage. All I want to do was use the app with my g6. Why do I need to respond to emails before I deal with my own information?

HW good SW horrible

Not acceptable in today’s day and age to have such a poor log in experience. You built the fastest race car with no brakes. Embarrassing that you can’t log in to your account easily from multiple devices or browsers. Try changing preferences. Try anything you do on any other consume app and it fails with Dexcom. I’m already frustrated having to mange my young child’s condition and you just notched that up 10 times. App Development team should be ashamed.

Crashes a lot

Ward051807

We’ve been a successful Dexcom user for nearly two years and the last two updates have been TERRIBLE. Half the time the app will crash, therefore not running in the background, therefore not notifying me of highs or lows. Sometimes, even when it is actually running, and a high or low threshold hits, I still won’t get notifications. This makes it incredibly difficult to make a decision for needing more or less insulin unless I’m literally watching the app every second. It never used to be like this.

Not working on my iPhone 11

rkitekt.awp

The app starts, appears and then goes away. Closes and is not displaying the information I need to see to help monitor our friend when he is visiting our home. It was seamless on my iPhone 8.
