This app is great when it worked.. one iPhone update and every time I call the developer they say it’s not compatible yet!! Now I have a 10 yr old kid that I can’t see his glucose. This has been the second time in a year. The app has worked about 45% of the year. Can’t wait to try a different glucose monitor and dump these people. It’s no wonder they have a D- review on better business bureau
Alarms no longer go off on my iPhone 11

I’ve been a follower of my diabetic girlfriend for a year now. Initially I owned an iPhone 8 that I would close all apps out of, open follow, and turn the ringer all the way up. I’d wake up having heard nothing and if see 99+ notifications stacked quietly on the home screen or none at all until I open the app because it wouldn’t run in the background to save my girls life! So with her advice and her parents I upgraded to the 11 and it worked stellar for the first month but now I’m having the same issue and I’m irate. Can you imagine sleeping next to the person you’re following and none of alarms go off? I risk having to wake up next to my deceased or put-in-coma girlfriend. Please fix... again. Background app refresh and all other settings I could think of to facilitate it are turned on. Thank you.
High cost, poor technology.

With the cost of sensors, transmitters, etc. There should be better more reliable software. This app doesn’t notify me when my husband has lows at times. And it should be able to alarm even when phone is on vibrate.

We had high hopes for using the G6 to keep our 15 year old daughter safe as she spends more time away from us involved in activities like track and field. She had resisted wearing a CGM for years since she didn’t want something attached to her all the time. So she finally came around and the sensor seems to work fine. However whenever she is away from home, all I get on the Follow app is No Data. Not worth the trouble since the whole point was keeping us updated on her blood sugar when she is away from home. Big disappointment!!

App Crashes

I used to love this app... unfortunately the app crashes every time I try to open it. Started when I got my iPhone 11, huge bummer that I can’t follow my 14yr olds BG when he’s not home.
New with Dexcom G6, app doesn’t work for followers!!!!!!!

This app is worthless when you can’t download it. This causes A LOT of issues. Please fix this Dexcom as this is necessary!
App isn’t functioning

My husband just received his monitor and sent me the link to follow him. I’ve installed, deleted, and then reinstalled this app several times. I either get a 404 missing file error or I can’t get past the page where you agree to the terms of service and privacy policy. The monitor is of much use without the apps! What gives?!?
