The Dexcom is helpful but the follow app looses connection way to much even if there is full internet connection. I haven’t had access to his sugars for almost 2 day.. I have to finger stick him in the middle of the night so what’s the point of having Dexcom?


Server Down

Can not believe there gas been a server done for more than 36 hours. Terrible technical support from a corporation the size of Dexcom and the depth of resources they have including capital. These devices are extremely expensive and anyone investing in this great technology should expect much more in avoiding outages of this extent! Very dissappointed!

Dexcom makes a lot claims on their MANY ads to gain more millions but they seem to be spending a minimal about of money on this very important app that saves lives! This is app is the reason so many people keep your overpriced product. It’s time to start giving out apologies, refunds, or at least some free products for the many troubles you have caused customers with your companies lack of adequate communications!


Come on Dexcom - Fix your dang servers

Can you please make this app work. Like, consistently! You should really be ashamed of your product and apps as they have gone downhill in the last few years. Your servers have been down for almost 24 hours now and you have zero answers and are still collecting top dollar from those of us whose lives are on the line. Why is it only the US servers that are down? How come you outsourced your customer service department to India? How come when the app works it always says NO DATA whenever it is opened and then one has to wait thirty seconds, sometimes more, for it to bring anything up. Sometimes it just crashes! I have an iphone XR and the old app was perfect... Do you even realize how annoying this delay is in the wee hours of the night/morning blood sugar checks when you're half asleep and bleary eyed and you have to wait for the darn thing to work?!? Not as annoying as having the app not work at all!!!! So disappointed in you guys for unveiling this junky update and not having your sh!t together.

The App for followers has BEEN DOWN WAY TOO LONG! People that have children rely on this app It’s been down for almost 2 days!?!? Really???

I like the idea of this app. My husband has diabetes and he has the app to track it and it’s nice to be able to see where he’s at and get alerts when he’s too high or low. However I hardly get any data because it says the notifications are off and they’re all on. My husband said on his app it says no internet connection but we both have internet connection. I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it just doesn’t seem to work properly. I know you all are still testing it out but keeping a good connection as a follower and user is very important. Please fix!

I gave the overall system 2 stars because most of the time, the Dexcom app works properly on my daughter's phone to give her readouts of her BG-most of the time. She gets "no data" at times also. It's a huge problem when the follow app doesn't work properly and you have a minor child, especially in the middle of the night. With great working WiFi ,we have experienced many times and currently are experiencing the "no data" screen-for about 12 hours now... Phones have been turned off and on, Bluetooth as well with no improvement. Please, please make it a priority to get this fixed asap. As important as this is, there should be a competent team working on this daily to ensure proper performance. We have iPhones and 1 Android phone on the follow app. Not sure if that matters or not. Please help!
