Not user friendly at all! Find it hard to find what your looking! Why don’t you make simpler where a patient can click on what prescriptions are ready for pick up and see it because you spend hours on the telephone trying to get through to the pharmacy to find out what prescription is ready!
Notifies prescription is ready, but isn’t when I go to pickup

App sends notifications to me that my prescription is ready for pickup or delivery but then when I go to the pharmacy to pick it up, it isn’t ready and I have to wait an hour or return on another day. It should not send a notification if it is not ready. Has happened multiple times.

This feature is totally disabled. Fortunately the store staff always goes out out of their way to help, no matter the location.

I don’t know what’s worse my online or in store experience. With other apps if you leave the page (to get information) you retain your place. Not to with this app. Exasperating!

Why make me select day by day to see if there are appointments available for COVID testing - just tell me when is the next available appointment so I can decide if it works for me.

I really like the app and use it on a regular basis but my recent online order was complicated by a continuous glitch in the system which was quite frustrating.
Can’t add prescriptions for refills

I have taken my phone too the store and they couldn’t figure out how too add my prescription to the app so I could refill by app. Someone PLEASE HELP
