Notifies prescription is ready, but isn’t when I go to pickup – CVS Pharmacy Review

App sends notifications to me that my prescription is ready for pickup or delivery but then when I go to the pharmacy to pick it up, it isn’t ready and I have to wait an hour or return on another day. It should not send a notification if it is not ready. Has happened multiple times.
