Can’t Live With, Can’t Live Without

I have been using the CVS app for years now, mainly to help me in keeping all of my Rx’s in order. Between my Grandma, my children, and I, we fill multiple Rx’s a month. It is nice to have all of our Rx’s in one spot where I can quickly send in for refill, or see what’s ready for pickup/delivery. You can even go ahead & sign for your Rx’s on the app or have them delivered to you. I also enjoy being able to have a sales paper for this week and next week at my finger tips. The digital coupons are awesome & keeping track of my Extra Bucks on the app is easy as well. However!! - This app has ALWAYS been nerve racking!! It takes forever to load and constantly freezes up on you. It could be laid out alot more conveniently as well and just definitely needs tons of work done to it. I use it because I have to - but I dread every time I have to.

Lots of savings are available that can be added to the CVS "card" - which can be pulled up with the app on my phone. Never have to search for the actual card. Easy and efficient!

This site doesn’t seem to always work. There are times that I submit refill requests that don’t go through.

Easy to navigate and so much better than trying to save all paper coupons! Also all personal vaccinations on file. (If gotten at cvs).

This app is the most useful of any I have. When the Dr. calls in a prescription I can see when it was filled, if it’s in process, the price and when I last picked it up. Also, as in some cases, the Dr. doesn’t call it in and I know to get in touch with him about that. I also enjoy not carrying coupons around and relying on the app to get my discounts when I use them.
