Awful Software Wasted Time
Not a Fan of CVS App
I’ve had issues w the CVS app previously & today I went to CVS & wasted a lot of time, was not treated kindly by untrained rude staff regarding a redemption of a beauty club reward was obviously on my account & clerk used my phone to get the coupon code as it wasn’t coming up on my account but couldn’t find it took it off my order she says to figure out later as the line was long-not my problem but she ignored me afterwards & didn’t bother to call the manager until after I searched for the code & turn she wanted otters to be helped. Poor training & this app was not synched to the app to show the reward. CVS needs to work on this & staff training. Including apologizing for my wait rather than the other people in line.

Love the coupons and discounts! Very user friendly app! All my prescriptions, vaccinations and info are all stored in the app in case I forget! Love it!

What looks quite compelling on the surface, is incredibly disappointing when in use. What good does an app do that crashes as soon as one presses the login button. Don’t get me wrong, my credentials are correct and work perfectly fine on the CVS website. The app even falls short when one is looking for a pharmacy location. Just an empty screen. After the Customer Service Rep who I called was through their list of standard responses, she admitted that they are aware of the app problems and are working to resolve them. Come on CVS, really? Just hire a good agency. They’ll fix it for you.

After switching myCVS stores, the search function breaks. Every query returns the same random list of products unrelated to the query.

The app would be more helpful if specific products showed that they qualified for the weekly spend deals or promotion as they do on the website.

Your the best This app needs a lot of work to get a better rating. At least get my phone and personal info correct. I’m not an expert but please give us something to work with.
