Half the beauty of this app is ability to 'pick up' rx's without divulging your personal info for all to hear. Great concept, but you need to teach your employees how it works. They argue with me, demand the verbal info anyway and even when all that doesn't get in the way, they scan it and occasionally nothing pops up on their end. Again, training. One lady at our pharmacy actually knows how to use it. Only one. Sad. Otherwise it's a reasonably helpful app. I just don't know who to complain to about the lack of training. Wish they could get it together!

This totally made my experience so much better no more reaching for the draws and chasing down papers that fly out

It's great to have a phone app that I can use to manage my Prescriptions, but... 1. It's deathly slow so it's not good if you have anxiety issues. 2. It's counterproductive because you have to start from the top of the list every time you complete an action. 3. The filters are counterintuitive and ambiguous in regards to showing archived items. 4. I have yet to have the Touch ID work to sign me in. 5. A default/minimum 3-day lead time is totally unrealistic. 6. The shopping functionality is extremely counterintuitive and difficult to navigate, thereby wasting the store's staff time and slowing the checkout process. Bottom line is that it's barely functional like almost every smartphone app is.

Overall the CVS app is pretty good. I particularly like the 'pick prescriptions' feature as it does away with needing to answer verbal identity questions, which are a privacy/ information security concern. It took the staff at my local CBS a little while to figure out how to use this feature, but they seem to have it now. One major improvement I would like to see is the ability to delete offers that are of no interest too me. As it stands, I now usually have to scroll past a dozen or so offers that have been there for weeks and are of no interest.

I still prefer to shop at Walgreens because they put their card in the Apple Wallet! It is easy to find with all my other important cards. This app does not and I have to search my phone for the app.

Quick easy and let's me know my rewards as soon as I get them. Making shopping easier and more fun with the accessibility the app has.
