The app had too many issues in the past, now however, it’s finally working the way it was meant to work. It is a very good app to maintain all my prescription and vaccine records, thanks.

CVS has the best app around, and it’s the only store chain that allows you to earn and/or gives out great rewards!

I hope this updated app will(somehow) improve CVS customer Service. I go to two different stores due to living close to the state line. Neither of these stores could care less about answering phone calls. All calls I make now to get an Rx pulled out of file and filled (twice a month)takes a minimum of 12 minutes before anyone answers the phone and has been as long as 18 minutes. Any more than 3 minutes or 3 rings before an answer is just bad business. Seems like everyone in the Chattanooga area knows about this problem, and is the joke of the day, every day. Do you think you can address this problem ? Steve Brown. This problem doesn’t get better ! The call time is up to an hour before you even get a chance to talk to anyone, not that it would help. I have been on hold for over an hour lately. Your programmers are Idiots and your pharmacy staff are just inconsiderate and Stupid ! And corporate just don’t care !!

I’m a believer in making use of coupons as they literally are cash in hand and to be able to get what items I want and need and save incredible amounts of money while other people spend hundreds to thousands a year on the same items. I am not however happy with price increases as I do understand full well of the scope of all the discord overseas. Thank you for all my savings!

Confusing and too many glitches. I try to get delivery and it’s rarely clear whether it went through. Then, I’ll pay for delivery and it’s in process , but I get an automated call to pick it up. I use CVS all the time and this app is just plain horrible. Always has glitches every time. Not to mention that I can get some of my scripts delivered, but I have to call the store to do so. What’s the point of the app if I have to call the store?

The only thing that could make it perfect is to make finding the nearest CVS location with it’s operating hours easier. That should be available right away, without having to click around looking for it. Other than that I find the app very useful and I refer to it whenever I am going to CVS, particularly for my prescription meds.
