I have spent the past four hours working with two of your CVS stores here in Tallahasee trying to get three very important prescriptions filled and delivered. The staff are not competent nor is your team of customer support. I was on the phone with a agent of CVS for 45 minutes who disconnected me and didn’t have the courtesy to call me back. Needless to say I am disappointed with these hours spent while I am home sick and suppose to be resting.
No way to report potential insurance fraud

I cannot get cvs to remove my ex from my account and stop billing my insurance even after my employer confirmed with them that he is not covered. There is no way in the app to elevate potential insurance fraud.

App does not allow gift cards and the closest cvs to me is like 30 mins away. Another thing is when using your fsa/hsa cards it uses your ECB against those items at a higher rate instead at equal across all or allowing to count and cover other items purchased. So it seems like might have to start shopping else where for better deals on my fsa items to be shipped because they also don’t ship certain fsa sleep aid items either.
Horrible experience with prescriptions

Couldn’t be more frustrating trying to refill on the app. They notify you constantly that a prescription is ready for refill and when you select it and click “Place Order” it does nothing but remain on the page asking you if you want to refill it. Then I have to call it in anyway so why have the app.

I am on vacation. I wanted to change the store where I get my prescriptions. I could not find a way to change the store. It would be nice to have a quick reference to the store locator and then a question as to what store I wanted my prescription sent to. Thanks

Saves some $$, but takes time to load coupons on card. How about to load all of the couponed with one click to save time ?

CVS needs to step up their game. Slacking during Covid is unacceptable. Not the individual pharmacies as much as overall CVS. Not hiring sufficient pharmacist staff, etc…
