Using this app is very easy and convenient. You can order refills, arrange delivery, shop and all from your favorite location

I would think prescriptions would be the biggest reason for going on CVS website, yet the prescriptions are not listed on the home page, you have to look for it. Having prescriptions delivered is a difficult, multi-step process, often with duplication. The CVS app is not iPad friendly.

Not functioning well

Took 5 visits to cvs , two phone calls, one to two hours of work on computer, adding data multiple times everywhere and still waiting for it to work. It took pharmacy staff time a lot and they had hard time fixing the delivery.

Not user friendly

Too much going on Not user friendly I’m well versed in computers and apps It’s still a nightmare Been trying to add a member to our family RX for days and she keeps getting an error (try back later) Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Changed passwords. Called in and was transferred and disconnected several times. No one can help

Ordering online

It was difficult to add discount online. I had to try several times before I able to complete.

Can’t check order history

After sign in, click on account, select order history, select standard, briefly shows order page but then forces me to login again but it doesn’t accept my userid and password which I already used to login

App Payment problem

I placed an order on the mobile app. At checkout I put in my payment information and chose not to select the option to save my debit card information for future purchases. The “Place Order” did not appear. I went back, reviewed the order and checked that all my discount and coupon options were selected, but the “place order” button still did not show up. I finally went back and allowed my debit card information to be saved and the “place order” button magically appeared. I’m guessing this is illegal. If not illegal than it is an unethical way to harvest customer financial information. If it’s just a glitch in your code you should fix it.

New to the area and unfamiliar with CVS location & driving on icy roads and with COVID cases the less I’m interacting with others the safer I will be. CVS thank you for the option to deliver my medication to my home

Waste of time

Worst app I’ve ever encountered. I order refills, get confirmation emails and not once has my pharmacy had it ready, or even been able to see that the refill was even ordered. It will even show that the prescription is ready for pick up on the app and I get there and they have no record of it being ordered.
