This app does not have the capability to cast onto any device such as Chromecast, Apple TV, or Fire Stick. I’m considering dropping Cox as their key selling point to me was the 5 devices I could connect/cast and avoid having to pay additional for cable boxes.

For someone like me, I’m able to freely express concerns and thoughts in ways that wouldn’t be as thorough, transparent, and to the point when say versus having a set time to voice concerns that for me can be hard to put into a short and sweet timely context. Or say, feeling on the spot, needing to get the “bullet points” out right that second. This app allows for people who overuse their emotional intelligence to get all the cards on the table so to speak, which for a lot of people who use emotional intelligence, is a relief, than say, for those who use more intellectual or instinctual intelligence in general as themselves. This app goes to show how the internet is a gift for many different personality styles and types. I strongly believe for the highly critical of this app, to allow for the Cox app developers to be human, and never expect a development to be perfected overnight. It’s the bugs in between app updates that allow the developers to learn more and more, and ultimately this is what allows for better customer service, especially as it evolves more and more. Life is always a journey for anybody in any field of work, and you never know what your getting yourself into, until you actually get into it. Period.

Really, A monthly allowance after 15 years of service. This bull$hi7 company is doing customers dirty. Minus well hog tie me and drag my corpse around through pig$hi7. Least I'll get better speed from the horse dragging me than this crap.

Just like Cox’s internet services, this app is also a disappointment. My disappointment with this company has become such an expectation that I’m excited when, for however brief a moment, things work as they’re suppose to.

Well, it almost always throws an error instead of connecting to my modem/router, but still displays green on the home screen as if my Internet is all good. When it says it connected and the internet is fine its usually when I’m sure it’s absolutely not, because we have no Internet. The only part that even pretends to work is the data usage, which makes that wholly suspect and the modem rebooter which seems to always be able to reboot the modem. Of course it would be nice if we didn’t need it so often as I would be happy to go back to life without the app if I could go back to a modem that didn’t have to be rebooted all the time. At the very least the usage data is so out of date as to be of the little use unless you burn through your data halfway through the pay period, but then what do you do, stop using the Internet completely for a week when it catches up and tells you you’re at 98%? They don’t really have any options other than eating the overages anyway unless you’re consistently blowing through your plan and try their “unlimited” where they just throttle you and tell you they aren’t.
You should listin to me
If you want to scan for anything prepare to wait a lot. It’s so unnecessary.

This app is a smoking pile of poo. I just want the ability set recordings on my DVR remotely from my iPhone. Cox had a good app that provided this functionality about 4 years ago and abandoned it to create this piece of garbage. All that it can reliably do is remind you when your bill is due. Please replace this app with something that is actually useful. I would give it zero stars if possible. The best thing to do is to find another broadband provider if one is available in your neighborhood.
