Terrible App

This app is terrible, they only allow 1 Tb of usage and tell you to monitor it via this app. This app dear cox does not load or work properly and I think it is intentional so that they can charge you for over the limit data. I do have 3 other providers to choose from so next month, good bye cox
Can’t even pay my bill

I get on the app this morning to pay my bill and all of sudden I can’t and then it says that my internet is unknown, so I click upgrade my equipment saying that I don’t have any equipment with cox, they aren’t going to charge me even more already this is making me so mad yo?

I can’t navigate anywhere! Please fix the terrible freezes and glitches. Simple tasks like paying my bill are impossible.
This app horribly slow.

The app isn’t bad, but even when connected by WiFi to a cox internet connection it’s so slow as to be almost impossible to use. Frankly, if I worked for Cox I would be ashamed of this app.

Whoever Cox Communications contracted to develop this app, should get their money back. Very long load times. Frequent crashes Locks up no response Come on Cox, you are better than this.

Always has technical difficulties

It seems no matter what time of day I attempt to check the app and see who is on my WiFi, I am met with an error: we are having technical difficulties. What is the point of the app when it does not work?

Not really useful for any purpose. It’s usually very slow, or hangs, or just won’t start. Avoid. Update 12/20/17: much improved after prompt response with update. I’ll use it for a while and might give more stars if the fixes stick.
