This app worked pretty good with my iphone 7. Not so good with the iPhone X. The screens appear to be optimized for smaller screens, because the iPhone X tries to make it work, but part of the screen is lost on some pages. Pretty buggy on the X.

This is a fairly basic app...or it should be. I put up with slow load times on the channel grid because the ONE thing I used with any regularity was the ability to program a recording from the app. Now the darned thing doesn’t recognize my dvr...but there is a happy little robot on the page where it should be listed. So, go to the trouble shooting page...this should be simple right? No. What they have on the trouble shooting page is NOT even an option on the app. I’ve been a customer for a bazillion years, but am getting more unhappy with this kind of thing by the day.

In the last few days this app can no longer set the DVR to record and I missed some games. It has always been very slow and clunky so its rating went from a 2 to a 1. Don’t download until it’s fixed.

This app is sure to show you new depths of how awful a company it is....it’s useless. You can use it to pay a bill and that’s about it. It doesn’t improve Cox Communications or your experiences with them

Wanting to take advantage of my Cox service, I gave this app a try. Upon trying to log in, I got an error message saying that I could not be logged in because of “technical difficulties”. On a positive note, I didn’t have to sit on hold for 45 minutes before someone rude told me they couldn’t help me. Don’t waste your time with this one.


App needs updating.

Please fix it or remove it from the store. This app will never give you accurate information. You will forever get an error message if you try to set a recording. Unknown response. It suppose to have the ability to reset tv and modem. Tried this and the signal never hit the box. If you call cox for support you will get nowhere fast. Cox makes things to complicated for themselves and there customers. I’m giving this two stars, because the only two things it can tell you is the accurate date and time for your next service appointment and oh yeah the bill. They never forget that. Pure junk. And because they don’t monitor comments on any of the stores they give out there app. A waist of time.
