Scummy ad tactics for an app used for bill pay

Trying to log in, and whenever I click on the password field it clicks an invisible ad. The worst type of company tactic for an app to pay bills. Makes me hate that I have no other options for cable in my area.

Only thing not working for me is the TV status. It can't tell if it's online or not. Doesn't really matter I guess, since you can tell if it's working or not when you go to watch something.

I pay close to 300$ a month for “the best” services. Just like the company and it’s overpriced services, this app is crap. Avoid cox communications if you can. My cable and internet constantly have issues and I live in a newly constructed home. I’ve upgraded several times- when I call to complain they explain I’m not paying enough to get the good speeds. Well, $300 later and I’m still consistently frustrated with the quality of what I pay for.


Support is terrible

You can no longer get support for outages unless you have a special pass code, they tell you to go on line and down load another app but if your cell connection is poor you can’t connect to the app. This company has been going down hill for some time now . I think it is time to switch. I think the operators just come up with reasons not to assist.

The idea is good but execution very poor. I’m into the next billing cycle and data has not been reset nor do I know final usage of last month.

This app is garbage. Multiple times, I have sought to use the app to set a recording for a game I want to watch. The app doesn’t give me any indication of any issues so I move on with my day. Later, I find out the recording is not happening. I open the app to find that ‘the recording request timed out’ or some crap like that. HEY COX! How about a notification or some other alert to let me know there is an issue. Garbage.
