Different views look all screwed up, and most (maybe all?) If it seems like poorly designed web views. Also, why can’t we add the Costco card to apple wallet? They claim on the FAQ: The Digital Membership Card is designed to offer members advanced features and will not be available in Apple Wallet. What “advanced features?” All it needs to do is show a photo and a scannable code lol. If a piece of plastic works, so can Apple Wallet.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Always logs me out of the app. Makes me sign in. I put in my username and password and says it's wrong. I try all my passwords and none work. Change my password and says I can't use my old password. Make new password and still can't log in.
Little more than a crappy version of a web browser

This app is nothing more than a closed web browser. It offers you nothing that you can't get using a web browser on the Costco website. The difference is, it's slower, it requires you to install more crap to your phone. It has no additional functionality. It's constantly asking you to sign in. Compared to Sam's Club app, this is an amateur, low-rent, low effort app. there's literally no point in using it because it is so bad.

Account login is broken . Keep loading for me on loop. Loading on loop. So disappointing that I can not shop from mobile app .

A dinosaur app compared to other shopping apps

Costco is nearest wholesale club to me, but 9/10 times I shop at Sams. Why? 1. Costco app is subpar compared to Sam’s. Online shoppers can only see what’s available for grocery delivery and at the delivery price point. 2. Costco doesn’t have Curbside pick up, only delivery from Instacart and at jacked up prices. 3. Costco app repeatedly fails to let online shoppers look at items in different colors. I have to go to Costco.com to be able to see clothing/bedding in the different color options. 4. In store shopping means LONG LINES! Hello, scan and go technology is available, and it helps with limiting social contact during the pandemic.
I love Costco! & the app, but since the update it hasn’t been working

When I try to view the receipts it just continues to load up. My membership says it’s expired but it’s not. I would just like these bugs to be fixed, other then that the app works great.

Please invest in making the app more useful. It used to be better. What happened?? Searching, and filtering need some major upgrades. Freezes all the time. Local pricing would be helpful too.

This app will never work unless Costco gets WiFi in their stores. Go to the meat counter of any Costco and you won’t be able to even get the app to open. Can’t trust it to load at the gas pumps.
