This app is a real garbage, the worst app I had ever use in my life, terrible!!!!!

The pharmacy ordering function really needs a rework. It is difficult to find, and once you do it is not user friendly. If you want to refill a prescription at the warehouse, the app blinks an stays on the page you are already on with no way to refill or check the status of a refill. I had to resort to a desktop web view in order to check on my refill status. Additionally, you have to fill in your warehouse pharmacy number, last name, prescription number. I am already logged in, so that information should be available. I moved my prescriptions from Publix Pharmacy and their app was extremely easy to use and pay for my prescriptions as well as requesting refills. If they can do it surely Costco can do it better.

Don’t order online since you will not get the item and in order to get a refund you will need a police report.

No Face ID and doesn’t save password

I find it very frustrating that the app doesn’t use Face ID or allow you to save the password. It’s inconvenient to have to sign in every time I want to see the price for member-only items, or place an order.

Don’t bother for local inventory or scan and go

As the title and other reviews indicate, this app cannot even hold a candle to the “other” warehouse club’s app. You cannot check local inventory to see what’s available in store, you cannot scan your merchandise as you add it to your cart to skip the check out line, you cannot scan your membership e-card at the gas pump. The app is best summed up as “no, you can’t do that”. If you intend to order online for delivery, that is about the extent of the app’s usefulness.

Costco has become trash

Can’t get paper towels made. Can’t get quality meat. Can’t ship the right online product order. Costco is officially trash and I will not renew.

Where Sam’s kills Costco

Sam’s can’t touch Costco except in one category. Their (Sam’s) Scan and Go app is outstanding! It’s stunning Costco doesn’t have this. It’s a major flaw. Plus Costco’s very late opening time makes zero sense. I guess every business has a blind spot. If Costco fixed just these two areas they would achieve perfection!

Apple Wallet, please

All I want is my membership card in my Apple Wallet. This isn’t as good as that. Please give us that feature.

This app is unbearable to use. I can feel my headache growing each second I try to navigate the app. Seriously would not expect this kind of app from a major corporation. Please make an app that isn’t just UIWebView. There really isn’t a point in using the app since it doesn’t ever remember the input from the user.
