This app does way more and has much more information than I expected! Very functional
Exelon should be ashamed of the performance of this app! The BEST it does is give usage information that is 2 days old and quite often is 4 and 5 days behind! For meters that Edison can read in real time that is ridiculous!!! They should spend less time and money bribing officials and blackmailing their customers with threats of plant closures and get their act together!
The app it’s self functions fine, the reason I give it one star is because there is a fee to pay a bill on their app. Isn’t that part of the purpose of an app, easy, convenient bill pay? But ComEd decides to charge a fee for using their app. Come on ComEd, get your act together and get with the times!!
I downloaded this app to track my electricity usage and pay my bills, but upon opening the app it stays open for two seconds and then closes. You are unable to actually use any function of this app! It is utterly useless. I’m pretty sure this is just a bug brought on by either an apple or an in-app update, but until it is fixed, the app is just a frustrating icon on a phone’s screen.
I’ve been trying to figure out this bill since I bought the building. I’ve spoken with Comed 3 times to solve this issue with no result. I keep paying the exorbitant bills for power that I barely use. There is major discrepancy with the two accounts at 1138 N. California Ave. I can’t even get the bills mailed to my ACTUAL home so that I could pay by paper. No one seems capable of helping me solve this obvious issue.
Love how it saves my login information, how easy it is to see my bill and get access to the information I need.
